We dont carry out the small so-called ‘ health checks ‘, as it doesn´t give us much information that is usable. We perform a thorough all over, top to toe examination that will give us an indication of important focus areas.

• Medical interview based on your medical history
• Blood pressure, pulse, oxygen saturation
• Height, weight, BMI
• Lung function test
• Urine analysis
• Extended blood work, incl. cancer markers that usually are not included in health check ups
• Electrocardiogram (ECG)
• Ultrasound scan of the Carotid arteries
• Ultrasound scan of the Heart (echocardiogram)

• DKK 7.900

The same package costs DKK 8-12,000 in private hospitals

The process

• You will fill out an imortant form beforehand
• Assessment in your office by a general practitioner, a cardiologist and a nurse incl. bloddwork and tests
• A discussion of the results and a plan for possible further tests or focus areas by a general practitioner in your office

Practical information

• 1st assessment day at the office; Allocate 60 mins please
  • The employees come in 30 mins slots
  • Will be assessed by the nurse and cardiologist

• 2d assesment day at the office
  • The emplyees come in 20 mins slots and must allocate 20 min
  • The general practitioner discusses the results and based on that possible referrals for further tests including specific areas to focus on

• What do we need
  • 2 rooms with table and chairs  – one for the cardiologist and one for the nurse. The room for the cardiologist has to be dark
  • Please prepare a meeting plan on the day for the nurse and cardiologist including social security number for bloodwork. Please send this to our surgery timely
  • All the assessments will be carried out on the same day as they were booked in advanced
